In this year’s second edition of the Ecological Poll, PHU SADDAR won an honorable mention in the TECHNOLOGY category. The competition under the slogan “Common Green Future” is organized by Cardinal Wyszynski University in Warsaw, in cooperation with the Ministry of Climate and Environment, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Marshal’s Office of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, as well as representatives of other scientific centers, NGOs and business.
The ecological plebiscite “Common Green Future” is the first such nationwide initiative to take a broad – interdisciplinary – look at activities related to environmental and climate protection, ecology, use of renewable energy sources or rational management of natural resources. How to save ourselves and future generations? How to save what is most valuable in nature? What conditions to create so that human activity interacts with the natural environment? These questions are at the heart of a unique initiative undertaken by Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University
The purpose of the Plebiscite is to identify the most valuable and innovative projects related to nature conservation. The projects cover such areas as nature and environmental protection, ecology, renewable energy sources, rational management of natural resources, environmental education.
“We are extremely pleased that the Plebiscite Committee has recognized and honored SADDAR’s globally unique technological innovation. For years, we have been developing projects that allow us to transform post-consumer PET into full-fledged products, which are SADDAR Eco-anchors. The award we have received is a great proof that we have a real impact on saving our planet,” says Dariusz Sadowinski, inventor and CEO of PHU SADDAR.
UKSW has been conducting research projects for environmental protection and ecology for many years. The university also has research and development facilities in the form of: Laboratory Center for Natural Sciences, Multidisciplinary Research Center in Dziekanów Leśny, and a field station in Sparrows-Wargocin.
